Please read – these policies are strict to keep rooms available for guests who intend to actually stay with us.
1. Reservations cancelled within less than or equal to 24hrs prior to the date of arrival shall attract 1 day retention charges.
2. Reservations if cancelled within less than or equal to 7 days prior to the date of arrival shall attract 50% as cancellation charges.
3. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival: 1 day's room charge.
4. For bookings of 5 or more rooms, cancellations within 7 days: 50% of total booking value.
1. Couple Policy:Our hotel is not couple-friendly.
2. Identification:Only Aadhaar Card/Passport are accepted as valid IDNo local ID's allowed.
3. Pets:Pets are strictly not allowed.
4. Check-in/Check-out:Standard Check-in time is 14:00 hrs; Check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
5. Payment Terms:Full payment prior check-in
6. Noise Policy:Guests are expected to maintain reasonable noise levels.
7. Damage Liability:Guests are liable for any damage to hotel property.
